Final and Draft Environmental Assessments
The final Environmental Assessment (FEA) and draft Environmental Assessment (DEA) document the environmental impacts and mitigation measures for the Loop 303 from I-10 to US 60. The FEA was prepared as an addendum to the DEA; both documents are to be used together in learning about the project, impacts, and mitigation for this federally-funded project.

The Initial Design Concept Report (DCR) has also been prepared and is available for download at the project's Loop 303 Web page.
