Draft Environmental Assessment
The Draft Environmental Assessment (DEA) documents the environmental
impacts and mitigation measures for proposed improvements at the
East Flagstaff Traffic Interchange on Interstate 40 in Flagstaff,
Arizona. The DEA was approved by the Federal Highway Administration

The Final Environmental Assessment (FEA) was approved by EPG on
January 14, 2005, with a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)
issued by the Federal Highway Administration on January 21, 2005.
Note that the FEA is an errata of the DEA and includes
only the pages that changed from the DEA.
