Program and Projects Management Section
Overall, Program and Project Management Section (PPMS) is cooperatively
responsible for information management regarding the program's scheduling,
resources, and budget. Our section coordinates with Project Management teams to
create critical path schedules for programmed projects. PPMS collects, updates,
and reports on project data and scheduling information (Advertisement dates,
project cost, milestone dates, etc.). It is our job to monitor project scope
and budget changes as well as schedule data. Our responsibility to report to
management teams the status of projects is essential to proper planning and
maintenance of projects in pre-design, design, and construction.
Our Mission Statement:
To help ADOT plan and deliver the 5 Year Program by providing reliable cost
and time management information in a timely basis, and to provide the necessary
training to the customers in appropriate use of the information.
