These measures are listed by discipline and sub-categorized by responsible party. These measures are to be used as appropriate and when needed during preparation of environmental documents. Since these are common mitigation measures, do not change the wording of these measures.

Clearance Memo Templates
The clearance memos templates are used for Group One Categorical Exclusions, or Group Two Categorical Exclusions, or state-funded highway projects, or railroad crossing projects. Please use the appropriate template and submit it with either the Categorical Exclusion Checklist or the Completion Guidelines and Format document.
