Project Data Sheet The Project Data Sheet is a form completed by the project sponsor and reviewed by the appropriate EPG staff members (Planner and Technical Specialists) early in the process in order to reach concurrence regarding the level of documentation required for the environmental analysis.This form is to be submitted by consultants when they do their preliminary environmental investigation for new projects.  Project Data Sheet (file size: 120KB)
