Brown Bag Schedule and Downloads
The Environmental Planning Group's brown bag
lunch series is located in the Arizona Department of Transportation's
Board Room, 206 South 17th Avenue, rooms 145/147, from 11:30 a.m.
to 1:00 p.m. The Board Room is open at 11:00 a.m. if you desire
to arrive early. You may bring your lunch or pick up lunch in
the ADOT cafeteria.
Parking is available south of the ADOT Administration building,
or south of the old MVD building, which is just south of the Administration
building. If you are not an ADOT employee, you must enter the
ADOT Administration building at the south entrance to sign in
at the security desk (you must have picture I. D.) to be admitted
into the building. The Board Room capacity is 40 seats.
An RSVP is required from each individual who
plans on attending in order to ensure that the room can be arranged
in a manner to safely accommodate all attendees, or a larger room
can be scheduled as necessary. Please contact Environmental Planning
Group at 602.712.7767 prior to the presentation.
For your information we have integrated eTickets to our brown
bag presentations. Coordinator will respond to RSVP’s
with a confirmation email, which will include instructions to
print the email for use as an eTicket into the brown bag. If
confirmed attendee wishes to bring guests, those names must
also be provided to the Coordinator. The attendee may print
an eTicket for the additional people. Only those with eTickets
and on the RSVP list will be admitted (PRINT YOUR eTICKET).
